Volare Italian Ristorante is pleased to announce the Launch Party for our all new Italian Cocktail menu! The launch party on Wednesday, June 26 begins at 5pm and proceeds from the event will benefit APRON, Inc.

“After a lengthy period of research, development and flavor design, we are pleased to debut the tasty new menu featuring craft cocktails covering a wide range of styles and flavors,” commented Isaac Fox, Volare Mixologist. In honor of the launch, all cocktails from the new menu are available for $7.00 each from 5 – 11pm.

The menu features four apertivos which are designed to refresh and stimulate the palate and are typically served pre-dinner. The Principale or main-course cocktails, perfect for consumption anytime of the evening, offers eight selections including the Bourbon and Bowties People’s Choice award winner, The Beach Bum. The digestovs rounds out the menu offering four strongly flavored after dinner cocktails designed to offer a perfect conclusion to your dinner at Volare.

Louisville Legend, Robbie Bartlett will perform beginning at 7pm. Her warm, smoky alto voice is a perfect complement to our launch party. Reservations are not needed for the launch party but recommended for those dining after the launch party.
