Join the Gheens Science Hall and Rauch Planetarium and Louisville Astronomical Society (LAS) in celebrating the International Observe the Moon Night. The evening begins at 7:30 PM with a ride in the planetarium’s virtual spaceship to get up close and personal with our nearest neighbor, the moon. At 8:30 PM LAS members will have telescopes set up in the courtyard for live observing. Don’t worry if Mother Nature doesn’t cooperate - the exploration can continue in the dome.
