Help raise awareness for America’s wounded soldiers this fall at the Wounded Wear Fitness Boot Camp! Held Sunday, Oct. 2 from 2 to 5 p.m. on the Brown-Forman Amphitheater Lawn at Waterfront Park, this special three hour event will offer a one-hour fitness boot camp led by several personal trainers including Sarah Peterson of Inner Strength Fitness and Garrett Watson of G-Fit. This fun workout is designed to challenge men and women of all shapes and fitness levels using various cardiovascular and strength exercises, along with balance, flexibility and agility techniques. There will also be a meet and greet with Wounded Wear founder Jason Redman, various exercise demonstrations and an exciting raffle. Tickets can be purchased in advance for $25 per person at www.woundedwear.org, or for $30 per person the day of event at the Brown-Forman Amphitheater Lawn using cash or credit card only. 100% of the ticket sales will go towards benefiting Wounded Wear. Participants who register in advance for the event will receive a special Wounded Wear Boot Camp t-shirt. Additional Wounded Wear merchandise will be available for purchase at the event. The Wounded Wear Boot Camp will take place rain or shine.

About Inner Strength Fitness
Inner Strength Fitness is designed for participants of all sizes and ages. Led by registered yoga instructor and seven year Marine Corps veteran Sarah Peterson, participants will learn to push themselves both physically and mentally using various cardiovascular exercises, weight training and yoga techniques.
