Inner Strength Fitness Fall 2011 Class Schedule:
Women-Only Boot Camp
Join Peterson every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning from 5:45 to 6:45 a.m. for the ultimate workout at Waterfront Park. Designed for women of all ages and fitness levels, the boot camp will push attendees both physically and mentally in a supportive and encouraging environment. This class incorporates various cardiovascular, strength and flexibility exercises while utilizing weight training and beneficial yoga techniques to ensure an exciting and effective total-body workout. The four-week session runs from Monday, Sept. 26 through Friday, Oct. 21. The cost is $100 per person.
Coed Boot Camp
Designed for those with a hectic work schedule, the Glassworks Lunch Express class will meet from noon to 12:45 p.m. every Monday, Wednesday and Friday on the Glassworks Rooftop. During the four-week session, Peterson will lead the coed class through 45 minutes of various cardiovascular exercises and strength training drills for a fast, efficient and effective workout. Sessions run from Monday, Sept. 26 through Friday, Oct. 21. The cost is $125 per person.
TRX and Kettlebell Class
Join Peterson and TRX master trainer Ami Scouton on Tuesday and Thursday mornings for their high-intensity TRX and Kettlebell Class. Combining workout systems designed by the U.S. Navy Seals (TRX) and the Russian military (Kettlebells) into one hard-core workout, these classes will be held from 6 to 7 a.m. at Waterfront Park. Four-week sessions will be held from Tuesday, Sept. 27 through Thursday, Oct. 20. The cost is $100 per person.

Inner Strength Fitness is designed for participants of all sizes and ages. Led by seven year Marine Corps veteran and certified personal trainer and yoga instructor Sarah Peterson, participants will learn how to push themselves both physically and mentally using various cardiovascular, weight training and yoga techniques. Fitness services offered include group boot camp, yoga, TRX and Kettlebell class and personal training.
