Join us as we celebrate one of the most popular holidays of the 1850’s, Independence Day. Festivities kick off with a visit from the popular Kentucky statesman, Henry Clay, as he regales us with stories of his life, his adventures as a Kentucky senator, Speaker of the House, Secretary of State, and his unsuccessful run for the presidency. Then let the games begin! Join in the fun as we play old-time games, listen to old-time music and enjoy a cool slice of watermelon. Program free with HP admission.
