To help you plan your special day, Holiday Inn Hurstbourne would like to invite you to our Master Tasting Event.

Master Tasting is our way of demonstrating a wedding reception to you.  It will help you visualize your special day and gives you many ideas to make your event successful.  Unlike a bridal show, you will be spending time in our decorated ballroom set up for reception.  You will be sampling our signature dishes.  DJ will be here to perform.  You will see different center pieces, colored linen and flower arrangements.  Photographer and videographer will be on site to capture the event.  There is going to be a limo at our hotel to mimic your grand entrance.  You will also meet local vendors from wedding cake and wedding dress store.

During the Master Tasting you will,

Meet Holiday Inn Hurstbourne’s expert staff to get first hand information on the facility and our service

• Samples from our signature menu items
• Tour of the hotel
• Be able to experience how you and your guests will receive our and other vendor’s service
• Meet exclusively with local vendors
• Win Door prizes

Our knowledgeable staff will be available to answer any questions you may have throughout the event.

The space is very limited.  We want to make sure that we meet everybody who attends our event and have time to answer your questions.
