Asiatique will offer a holiday brunch, featuring four courses paired with four international effervescent wines.

The menu will include a carrot soup served with a Gruet (New Mexico) demi-sec; an arugula salad paired with a French Deligeroy Cremant de Loire; duck breast with Sarawak peppercorns and spaghetti squash, served with a Bortolotti Rosato Lagrein from Italy; and a “cereal and juice” dessert, paired with a Albino Rocca Moscato d’Asti.
