Join Safiyyah Rasool, of Safiyyah Dance, for a class that focuses on floor work and the movement of the body through space. Fifteen minutes of stretching, forty minutes of dance and five minutes of freestyle dance and cool down. Children should wear loose fitting clothes and sneakers.
