On Sunday, Nov. 20 from 4 to 6 p.m., guests at Ghyslain on Market will enjoy a chocolate sculpture demonstration by chef Ghyslain Maurais and a chocolate giveaway for children. The event celebrates the spirit of Thanksgiving and offers the opportunity for customers to make a donation to the Christ Faith Home Orphanage in Chennai, India, which Ghyslain Chocolatier has supported for more than six years. The chocolate sculpture will be three feet tall and the theme will be inspired by the holiday season.
On Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov. 24, Ghyslain on Market will be open from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. for breakfast and lunch service. Guests who order specialty desserts in advance will also be able to pick up their items that day. In addition to the regular menu items like the flourless chocolate cake and caramel cheesecake, the restaurant is offering limited edition pumpkin and cinnamon-apple cheesecakes.
