The Fudgery will hold live auditions for its team on Saturday, July 21 from 11 AM to 5 PM. It will select employees in an interview-audition process, somewhat similar to that of the FOX network’s American Idol. Candidates will be expected to sing on Saturday, and those who are chosen will get a ticket for a final audition to be held on Sunday, July 22. The Fudgery seeks energetic, outgoing individuals for all positions: management, customer sales and fudge makers. Candidates with experience in the performing arts are encouraged to apply (must be at least 15 years old). The Fudgery is located in between the new Gordon Biersch and The Pub, and will open its doors later this month.
