Join us at Asiatique restaurant for a special five course Asian inspired bourbon and cigar dinner created by Chef Peng Looi featuring special guest Hunter Chavanne with Willett Distillery. Guest will enjoy cigars with dinner including a post dinner cigar bar where J Shepherd will be giving away several door prizes and featuring additional cigars. You would pay more than $200 for this experience anywhere else, but we are inviting our guest to enjoy this dinner for only $75. Salad of grilled lemongrass shrimp, pickled young papaya and warm bacon vinaigrette.

Smoked quail, daikon kim chee and butternut squash puree.

Pistachio crusted salmon, gingered lentil, sautéed apricot+swiss chard and caper cream sauce.

Chinese 5 spiced pork tenderloin, smashed Peruvian potato, asparagus, mango salsa and honey+garlic reduction.

Coconut+caramel banana, blackberry+peppercorn compote and chai ice cream.

Bourbons by Willet Distillery and speaker, Mr. Hunter Chavanne in attendance.
