It's the First Friday of the month, which means it's the First Friday Trolley Hop. While you're out and about checking out the galleries and other festivities, drop by the Haymarket after 8 p.m. for killer sounds from our favorite jazz group and resident First Friday band Squeezebot. Joining them is the Mightnight Hour Sound System, Louisville's DJ group playing 60's mod-inspired music, mostly on vinyl. Stax, Motown, northern soul, R&B, garage, proto-punk, beat pop, bubblegum pop, rock & roll, ska, mod revival, Brit-pop, and the occasional oddity.
