A pet-friendly event that’s fun for the whole family! Join our Interpretive Rangers for an official "Wag & Walk hike" with your favorite furry friend, and get some basic obedience training tips from the Kentucky Humane Society.
THEN, learn how animals provide service to our community in the K-9 Police Dogs and the Mounted Patrol. You'll get the opportunity to participate in a mock search & rescue dog demonstration with the Jefferson County Search Dog Association.
PLUS, we’ll keep the fun going throughout the day with pet activities in the PNC Achievement Center for Education & Interpretation in Beckley Creek Park.
