You are cordially invited to attend the 5th annual Expressions of Hope Gala on Friday, November 14, 2014 from 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. at the Mellwood Arts Center - Event Room 3 (1860 Mellwood Road, Louisville, KY 40206). This event is held during national Epilepsy Awareness Month, and proceeds will benefit the Foundation's vital education, advocacy, support, outreach, and veteran services initiatives designed to improve quality of life for children and adults living with epilepsy so not another moment or life is lost to seizures.

The evening's festivities will include a fabulous spread of heavy hors d'oeuvres provided by Texas Roadhouse, scrumptious desserts, an open bar, exciting silent/live auction items, and jazzy entertainment.
