“Everything but the bird” is the name of Chef Edward Lee’s holiday cooking class at The Wine Studio, across the street from 610 Magnolia, 610 W. Magnolia Ave. His menu of side dishes will include oyster-sage dressing, sweet potato-maple mash, porcini gravy, cranberry-pomegranate sauce and others.
