Sustainable Health Choices will offer Evening with a Massage Therapist at the St.Matthews Rainbow Blossom. This special community resource will offer free 15 minute consultations that will include: a chair massage, a visual assessment of postural alignment, and practical tips to aid individuals to live healthy.

Evening with a Massage Therapist will be facilitated by Kammaleathahh Livingstone, licensed massage therapist, and will take place every month at the Highlands and St. Matthews Rainbow Blossom locations.
