Visually Impaired Preschool Services (VIPS) will hold a Dining In The Dark event on Saturday, February 18, 2012 at The Water Tower, located at 3005 River Road
Cocktails at 7:00 Pm and Dinner at 8:00 Pm

Why Dine in the Dark?
In this era of information overload, visual stimulation has reached an all time pinnacle. But imagine, just for an hour or two that you cannot see, much like the children of VIPS.

This is Dining in the Dark.
With the complete loss of vision and the resulting
heightening of the other four senses, this promises to be an extraordinary culinary adventure. Your sense of smell will radiate and you will become more receptive to the differences in texture, consistency and temperature.
Get ready for your taste buds to work overtime!

Dining in the Dark will include an exclusive art auction this year, with pieces featured in ReVision. This exhibition will take place between January 20th-February 18th at Louisville Visual Art Association, located at The Water Tower.
