On Thursday, April 10th at 7 PM (at our Frankfort Ave store), Carmichael's and Louisville Literary Arts present it's first ever "Ded" Poetry Jam!! In the spirit of Dead Poet Society, we'll celebrate National Poetry Month by reading poems by dead poets. We'll have a mic, a podium, and refreshments. All we need is YOU! You don't have to be a poet to take part. You just have to come with one of your favorite and most loved poems and you have to read it. That's it! Everyone will get an opportunity to read. The only criteria is that the poem must be written by a dead poet. This is going to be great fun. Please join us!
