Jamie Dailey and Darrin Vincent are veterans of bluegrass music, having some twenty years of experience between the two of them from long tenures with bluegrass and country legends Doyle Lawson and Ricky Skaggs. Both were raised in musical families and have played bluegrass since the age of 3 - Dailey in Tennessee and Vincent in Missouri.

Collectively, the duo won seven International Bluegrass Music Association awards in 2008, including entertainer of the year and emerging artist - the first time in IBMA history that an act was honored in both categories in the same year.
