The concert will feature America's masters of bluegrass and newgrass with performances by Kentucky's very own 14 time Grammy® winner Ricky Skaggs & Kentucky Thunder, "newgrass" innovator and legend, and four time International Bluegrass Music Assoc. Mandolin Player of the Year, Sam Bush, and Rhonda Vincent, crowned the "new queen of bluegrass" by the Wall Street Journal.
Guests at this family-friendly event are encouraged to bring chairs and blankets to enjoy the sights and sounds of the evening. In addition to a night of award-winning bluegrass, park supporters will also enjoy a variety of food and beverage vendors. No outside food or beverage permitted. No re-entry, no refunds.
All event proceeds support The Parklands of Floyds Fork's annual fund, helping preserve the current and future trees, trails, landscaping, facilities, and programming in The Parklands, allowing each visitor an unparalleled experience. As a donor-supported public park, 21st Century Parks relies on the community's support to annually maintain The Parklands of Floyds Fork. Memberships, facility sales, programming revenue, an endowment, and fundraising events such as Creekside Jam help to raise the over one million dollars needed annually to maintain this extraordinary public greenspace.
