On Thursday, Sept. 18, Bourbons Bistro will host a brandy dinner. That’s right, brandy, during Bourbon Heritage Month. Well, the brandy that attendees will sample during this particular four-course dinner will be matured in American bourbon whiskey barrels and medium Char American White Oak barrels.
This unique experience, created by Bourbons Bistro Executive Chef Jeff Bridges, will include four samplings from Louisville’s Copper & Kings Distillery: a Copper & Kings signature cocktail, the Immature Muscat, the Immature Columbard and the Copper & Kings Craft Grape Brandy.
