Cooper/Clayton Smoking Cessation Classes, held by KentuckyOne Health, meet for an hour each week for a total of 13 weeks. The first 6 weeks of the course using NRT (Nicotine Replacement Therapy) is offered free of charge. The program offers group support, resources, and educational tips to help participants throughout their journey of becoming a non-smoker.
