In this hands-on class, I, the expert on this field, will teach you classic Greek recipes, and the techniques behind them, for dishes that are full of complex flavors and surprisingly easy to make. With a menu perfect for an intimate dinner or a soirée with friends, you’ll be channeling your own Greek restaurant at home anytime.
The perfect appetizers entice the appetite and set the tone for the meal to come. I will show you three of our easy-to-pull-together favorites for celebrating the bold flavors of the season. This demo-style class will run for about 45 minutes or more and everyone will enjoy the taste of each dish.
