Samples of delectable chocolate creations from many of
Louisville’s outstanding chefs, chocolatiers and bakers, as well as an exciting array of auction items,
await chocolate enthusiasts attending GuardiaCare Services' “Chocolate Dreams: An Evening of
Decadent Bliss”

“Chocolate Dreams,” now in its eighth year as the largest annual fundraiser for GuardiaCare Services,
is eagerly anticipated by its patrons, as well chefs from many top area restaurants and senior
communities, and bakers and chocolatiers from throughout the region. All 25 culinary professionals
will enter their chocolate creations for the juried competition, and offer samples of those delights
to attendees. The popular votes during the event will determine the annual People’s Choice Award
winner from among five distinctive categories.

The event will also feature light hors d'oeuvres, music, and live and silent auctions.
