The CTA will retain the winning image, with a $1000 reward to the artist. CTA reserves the right to publish this image
as a limited edition print that the artist agrees to sign and number. The CTA may also elect to publish additional prints, note cards, etc. All
other rights to the winning image will be retained by the artist. The image size should be for sale and up to 18" X 24", simply framed, wired,
under acrylic glazing with a 3" light mat, in any watermedia, and 75% rendered in an aqueous manner. Art must be original: NO prints or
copied work of another artist or published photos may be used in the composition of the painting.
AWARDS, JUROR AND FEES: The winner will be chosen by the CTA and an additional 10 paintings will be chosen to display
in August with the CTA and ASHA (American Saddlebred Horse Association) in attendance. These will be available for sale with CTA taking
30% of the listed price. Each artist may enter up to two paintings, ($10) per entry.
ENTRY AND DELIVERY: Paintings must be delivered to the KWS gallery on July 13, 11am-3pm or July 17, 12-4pm.
