Celebrate the holidays in style at this year’s Bourbon Women Holiday Party on Thursday, Dec. 1. Held at the Springhurst Liquor Barn located at 4301 Towne Center Drive, the evening will start at 4:30 p.m. with festive hors d’oeuvres followed by a complimentary bourbon tasting at 5:30 p.m. In attendance will be Woodford Reserve master distiller Chris Morris and Equus and Jack’s Lounge mixologist Joy Perrine. Morris will be conducting a bourbon seminar and signing bottles of Woodford Reserve, and copies of Perrine’s book, The Kentucky Bourbon Cocktail Book, will be available for purchase. Bourbon experts and personal shoppers will be available to answer guests’ questions about shopping for bourbon and to assist in creating unique holiday gift baskets. The event will feature 10 percent off of all items, excluding domestic beer. Admission is complimentary for Bourbon Women members.
