Celebrate Jim Beam's 150th birthday at Proof on Main this Wednesday! Attendees will get to partake in a family-style feast inspired by age-old beefsteak dinners. And best of all? No napkins and no silverware. The beefsteak dinner is a time-honored 19th-century tradition where guests sit shoulder to shoulder and gorge themselves with an all-you-can-eat buffet of beef tenderloin. And you pick it up and eat it all with your bare hands.

When guests arrive, they will be provided aprons. At that point, they’ll sit down and chow down on Chef Levon Wallace’s Woodland Farm pork ribs, hickory smoked tri-tip and barbecue chicken legs with ‘Bama white sauce, all paired with a variety of sides and three signature Jim Beam cocktails.
