Australia has had a huge improvement in their wine making technique and has been making more approachable and early drinking wines. We will explore Aussie wines beyond the super rich and full body Shiraz. As for New Zealand, their pride is in the Minerally driven but fruity Sauvignon Blanc and light and crisp Pinot Noir.
