Attorney Dan Canon will describe how he and other attorneys won a lawsuit that forces Kentucky to recognize gay marriages performed in other states. He will describe the major arguments, including violations of the "equal protection" argument as well as violations of the "establishment of religion".

We will also have a short visit from a State Senate Candidate. He will present his views on issues and answer questions. He will have 10 minutes before our main speaker to talk to the group, but he will also be available after the meetup to discuss further questions.
