ArtsWORK-New Albany is presenting a series of free monthly workshops at the Carnegie Center for artists focusing on career development skills and issues faced by artists with disabilities. On Saturday May 21, 2011, from 10-11 am, Louisville artist Susan Gorsen will speak about the challenges and rewards of overcoming shoulder replacement surgery to continue a 30 year career in art, which seemed previously at an end.
