The 5^th annual Swap N’ Shop Where EVERYTHING is FREE

Crestwood, KY—It’s a sight you don’t want to miss as hundreds of items from clothes to furniture flood the Crestwood Stake Center and are given away for FREE at the 5^th Annual Swap N’ Shop Saturday, April 23, 2011 from 10 am – 2 pm. The Center is located at 6401 Westwind Way in Crestwood, KY.

The Swap N’ Shop started when mother-of-two, Amy Hanson, needed post pregnancy clothes. She was devastated to find out her friend had just donated TONS of clothes to charity that would’ve fit her! Amy immediately organized a day with her friends to swap unwanted clothes and the rest is history! Her small “clothing swap” has turned into a much anticipated community wide event. And it doesn’t stop with clothes.

Shoppers can expect to find furniture, baby supplies, appliances and everything in between. All the items are sorted by category to make “shopping” easy.  Families leave the Swap N’ Shop year after year with boxes of stuff and are baffled that no one wants any money for the items.
