The popular Cast-Iron Chef demonstration will feature skilled master chefs cooking over open fires. Talks, hands-on demonstrations, and more on growing your own food and enjoying the bounty of locally-sourced ingredients. Admission is only $5 per car; walkers and bikers are free. Includes a tour of the recently restored 1790s House, Museum gallery, and gardens.
