The shows feature historical and contemporary fashions for girls and their dolls, including daywear, sleepwear and special-occasion clothing. Girls and their families also will enjoy a tea party with treats the American Girl characters might have eaten – complete with special seats that allow their dolls to sit at the table. The American Girl Fashion Show Doll Hair Salon will offer hair styling by local stylists. The event is hosted by the Children’s Hospital Foundation to benefit Kosair Children’s Hospital. Fashion show tickets are limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
