All golfers from beginners to experts are welcomed to the 51st Annual Old Capital Golf Club Invitational. The two-day invitational usually attracts 130 to 150 players and includes a dinner and dance on Friday night. Dinner begins at 6:30 p.m. with dancing from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. On the first day of play, all golfers play from the blue tees. The top 12 plus ties will go to the championship flight on Saturday. In addition to the championship flight, there are seven other flights. The top six players on each flight receive a prize, and all participants in the championship flight receive prizes.
