HCBOA, a.k.a. Harrods Creek Boat Owners Association (a Kentucky Non-Profit) announces it’s 24nd Annual Ohio River Poker Run. We are a 100% all-volunteer group

The event will be held on July 26st, sign up for the event online at http://harrodscreekboatowners.com/shophcboa/ or at 5:30 pm to 8 pm on July 16th and July 23rd The event starts a 11:30am where players pick up their paperwork (Hands) at Captains Quarters and ends at 5:30 pm at River Park Place Marina.

FYI – ALL SLIPS are reserved this year, sign up on-line to reserve a slip, first come, first assigned slips until we run out.

Dealer Boats will be in place from 1pm to 4:30pm, at River Park Place Marina. Hands are played between 5:30pm - 6:00pm, with dinner served from 6:30pm to 7:30pm, and then we have the Poker Run after Party.

Players travel by boat on the Kentucky side of the Ohio River between The Water Works at Zorn Ave. and Grassy Flats to get to dealer boats, where they receive one card. There are 6 dealer boats so players receive 6 cards to make the best five-card hand.

To participate players’ hands may be purchased online at www.harrodscreekboatowners.com for $25 or at Captains Quarters on River Road and Harrods Creek on Wednesday 16th and 23rd from 6:00 to 8:00 pm for $30 each includes Dinner and the poker run after party. Hands limited to 500 available.

Unsold hands may be purchased during the event on July 27st, however the Poker hands usually are sold out. Prizes go to the best hands.
