Americana Community Center's 22nd annual Americana World Festival: "Where Louisville Meets the World" will take place on Saturday, June 2, 2012 from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Community members from all over Louisville Metro will attend Americana World Festival to enjoy the sights, sounds and tastes of our city's diversity!

Admission is free and the event features something for the whole family. Exciting entertainment will span the whole day, with performers as varied as local band Mercy Academy to a traditional Burundian drumming ensemble. Food vendors onsite will include ValuMarket, local favorite Taco Punk, Churreria Rabbit, and others offering delicious multicultural food.

Other features of Americana World Festival include a KidsZone with activities for youth, a selection of community resources and goods from local vendors and exhibitors, a soccer tournament, and a raffle with an ample number of prizes from local businesses.
