What: 15th Annual JDRF Golf Scramble hosted by UAW-Ford KTP employees

All Proceeds benefit Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation

Where: Covered Bridge Golf Club in Sellersburg, IN.

When: Sunday, July 13th, 2014 (Two Flights)

Schedule: Registration: 6:15 am to 7:15 am or 12:15 to 1:15 pm

Shotgun Start: 7:30 am and 1:30 pm Rain or Shine!

Cost: $200 per person due upon registration in Salary Personnel.

$100 tax deductible receipt will be given upon time of payment.

There will be no holding of slots. First come first serve basis to the first 288 paid entries.

Lunch: Lunch (12 noon) for both flights.
