St. Paul Church and Interfaith Paths to Peace are excited to present Your Neighbor’s Religion. Your Neighbor’s Religion is a 4-part series designed to educate Louisville citizens on some of the various religions that are practiced in the city. Specifically, speakers from Judaism, Baha’i, Buddhism, and Islam will present this fall. This is an opportunity to learn about different religions, our neighbors, and how we can become a strong, supportive community.
The class will be held every 2nd Sunday of the month starting August 13 from 5:00pm-6:30pm, with a time for questions and answers at the end. These classes are free and open to anyone in the community. Bring a friend, bring an acquaintance, or just bring yourself. The more the merrier!
November's class will focus on the Islamic Faith. Haleh Karimi, Executive Director of Interfaith Paths to Peace, will lead the discussion.
November's class is the last one in the four-part series. A soup dinner will follow. Additionally, a free concert by Harry Pickens, acclaimed pianist will follow dinner.
