Yoga can be as simple as paying attention to the breath and stretching the muscles of the body. People of all ages and with all physical limitations can do it. This yoga can be performed in a chair or on the floor, depending upon individual abilities. Certified yoga instructor, Becky Thompson, offers gentle guidance as participants concentrate on breath and body movements.
