On Saturday, the Louisville Lion Dance Team will perform live at the Highlands Yang Kee Noodle (1004 Bardstown Rd.) from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The Louisville Lion Dance Team is known locally for bringing Chinese traditional dance to life. It is a time-honored belief that a lion dance will bring about good luck and fortune, while fending off evil spirits.
 
This year is the Year of the Rooster and in observance of that, Yang Kee Noodle is also offering $3.00 off any regular chicken entrée or $2.00 off any small or Pick Two order at any of their three Louisville locations.
