Bristol Bar & Grille Master Sommelier Scott Harper will lead an expert’s guide to wine tasting, guiding guests through the flavor nuances of wines from Napa Valley, Italy and France highlighting how climate and region affect each type. Cost is $50 which includes a reception wine and four tasting wines. A portion of the proceeds will go toward funding a new home for an injured Marine through the United States Marine Corps Wounded Warrior Regiment and Sotherly Foundation, the philanthropic effort of the Sheraton’s parent company. In addition to the wine tasting, a silent auction made up of donations from local businesses will take place.
