Maker's Mark is a brand whose success can be attributed to one of the most influential women in whisky. Marjorie "Margie" Samuels, gave the whisky its name, drew its label, and thought up the wax dipping that gives the bottle its distinctive look. Come see for yourself what makes Maker's Mark and the distillery in Loretto, Kentucky so special and hear firsthand the role women played in the bourbon industry.

Our day will begin at the Whisky Chicks HQ (aka Execuity offices) in downtown Louisville with coffee and light refreshments. Our first stop is the Maker's Mark Distillery where the Whisky Chicks have been offered a rare behind the scenes tour including the opportunity to dip your own bottle. After the tour, Maker's Mark will host a special brunch at Harrison Smith House in our honor featuring an amazing array of southern cuisine and special bubbly cocktails. After a few more afternoon surprises, the we will head back to Louisville.

Tickets are limited and include transportation, distillery admission, brunch and a few other surprises along the way. GUESTS MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD. While we never turn anyone away, we would prefer this to be an all woman occassion.
