Lace up your walking shoes and get some exercise, while having your health questions answered at the same time! Walk with a Doc, hosted by KentuckyOne Health, is part of a nationwide program that empowers people to improve their health through physical activity while they exercise side-by-side with health care providers. Walkers have the opportunity to learn about important health topics, and they receive free health screenings, refreshments and giveaways.

Participants meet at 10 a.m. This walk is co-led by our partners at the Bullitt County Health Department and Bernheim Forest. The walk includes free admission and no registration is necessary. Visitors must identify themselves as Walk With a Doc participants at the entrance gate. The program will begin at the Visitor Center.
