There’s no better way to spend Valentine’s Day than with a romantic dinner for two at the renowned English Grill in the Brown Hotel. An iconic restaurant known for its opulent ambiance, it’s the perfect setting for an unforgettable meal with your beloved. Executive chef Josh Bettis has planned an exquisite five-course menu with grilled oysters, potato bisque, prime rib, Godiva molten cake and more.
Overnight accommodations are available and guests dining in the English Grill will receive a $20 discount on their stay with the deluxe ($259) or club luxury package ($329). Reservations are required.
The Valentine’s Day menu includes:
First Course
Grilled oyster on the half shell with cornbread puree, creamed spinach and Asian mignonette
Second Course
House-smoked pancetta and Yukon potato bisque with Parisian potatoes, pearl onions and gastrique
Third Course
Groganica Farms butterhead lettuce with hazelnut-stuffed dates, Cambozola fondue and raspberry dressing
Intermezzo
Champagne and rose water sorbet
Fourth Course

Prime rib with fondant potatoes, asparagus, onion ring au jus and Boursin-foie butter
Branzino with spaetzle pilaf, glazed baby root vegetables, Maltaise sauce and fennel oil

Fifth Course
Godiva molten cake with white chocolate and raspberry filling, pistachio ice cream and berry crunch
