Varanese Restaurant, located at 2106 Frankfort Avenue, will host the “Uinta Brewing Co. Beer Dinner” on Wednesday, December 7. The reception will begin at 6:30pm and the four-course meal featuring beer pairings from Utah's first one-hundred percent wind and solar powered brewery will begin at 7:00pm. The guest speaker will be Tim Owens from Uinta Brewing Co., who will share his expertise on the various beers being served with dinner. The cost is $49 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
