Varanese Restaurant, located at 2106 Frankfort Avenue, will host the “Tin Man Beer Dinner” on Tuesday, April 19, with a reception at 6:30pm and dinner at 7:00pm. The cost of the four-course dinner is $49 per person, plus tax and gratuity. The guest speaker will be Fred Hillenbrand, Sales Manager for Tin Man Brewing Co. Tin Man Brewing Co. was assembled in 2012, an alloy of production brewery and restaurant. Committed to sustaining a habitable environment for all living and mechanical being, they utilize innovative processes to minimize waste and maximize taste. Forging new ground, they were one of the first small craft breweries in the United States to use a mash filter.
