The Tim Northern Comedy Festival returns for its third season, featuring more than 50 comics from across the country. Thursday the festival opens with showcases across the city. The 9 p.m. show at Four Pegs features comic Overtime from Lexington and Ben Frederick from Tennessee.

Tickets are $10 in advance at $15 at the door.
