Sullivan University’s executive chef James Moran will launch a new monthly pop-up dinner series “A Tale of Five Courses” Tuesday, Sept. 5, at 6:30 p.m. The first feast highlights Moran’s Korean heritage with his favorite dishes including Korean style short ribs. This ongoing pop-up will be on campus in the former Winston’s restaurant, 3101 Bardstown Rd. on the fifth day of each month, serving five courses with only five tables available. Future themes include local fall squash and Latin cuisine.
