A country-folk duo out of the good ol' city of Lexington, Kentucky, Sundy Best is comprised of Nick Jamerson and Kris Bentley - friends since elementary school. Appalachian folk, bluegrass, rock, soul and R&B are blended into a back-porch stomp-down sound based around Jamerson's acoustic guitar, Bentley's cajon (a sort of portable drum) and the pair's impassioned vocal blend. The duo's second full-length release, Bring Up the Sun, was released in early 2014.
