Grab your walking shoes, bicycle or kayak and head down to the Great Lawn on Labor Day for a healthy hometown event that the whole family can enjoy! The Subway Fresh Fit Hike, Bike & Paddle is a twice annual, free event thanks to our amazing title sponsor, Subway! At 8 a.m. on Monday, September 4, attendees can participate in various fitness demonstrations including zumba, yoga or tai chi on the Great Lawn. 

All participants are encouraged to take part in our many giveaway opportunities! You can take home a souvenir t-shirt when you complete a brief survey. Pick up a packet of sunscreen, courtesy of Norton Healthcare. Enjoy a cold Powerade when you check out the Coca-Cola Bottling Company Consolidated booth and get excited because Neil Huffman Subaru will be drawing winners for a free bicycle and kayak! Lastly, make sure you pick up a free Subway cash card that can be used at all participating restaurants.
